Apparel FAQ (AEC Narrow Fabrics)

1) What apparel components do you supply?
We supply narrow fabrics used in apparel, including cut & sewn waistbands, decorative elastic waistbands, shapewear elastics, athleticwear apparel waistbands and elastics, buttonhole elastics, drawcord elastics for athleticwear/sleepwear, silicone-treated (gripper) products, suspender elastic, and elastics for uniforms/image wear, sleepwear, and military use.

2) Do you offer silicone-treated products?
Yes. We offer silicone-treated products, including gripper elastic.

3) What finishes and treatments do you provide?
Finishes and performance treatments we offer include antimicrobial, flame retardant (FR), moisture management, soil and stain repellency, antistatic, grip, stiffening, and softening properties.

4) Do you supply assembly-ready waistband components?
Yes. We manufacture cut & sewn waistbands that are assembly-ready for slacks and jeans.

5) Can you support custom specs (width, construction, finishes)?
Yes. For specific requirements, contact us with your spec details so we can confirm fit, construction options, and available finishes.

6) Can you customize trims and ribbons with our branding?
Yes. Decorative trim, bindings, printed ribbons, and handles can be customized with customers’ logos and brand messaging.

6) Do you support underwear, intimates, and shapewear applications?
Yes. We supply decorative elastic waistbands for underwear and intimates, as well as shapewear elastics for women’s intimates.

7) Do you provide elastics for athletic wear and sleepwear?
Yes. We supply athletic apparel elastics and elastic with drawcords for athletic wear and sleepwear.
